Ajax Creative is seeking an experienced Post Producer for a 3-month contract (with a possibility of renewal). In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee and manage the post-production of our commercial content, working closely with our directors, editors, motion graphic artists, sound designers, colourists, and clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that the final product not only aligns with our creative vision but also meets the highest quality standards. Your contribution will be essential in enhancing our storytelling abilities, making every idea come alive on screen. This role requires a blend of creative insight, project management skills, and a deep understanding of the post-production landscape. Your passion for crafting engaging stories and your ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment will be key to your success at Ajax Creative.

• Oversee all stages of the post-production process, from receiving post files to final delivery
• Collaborate with editors, sound designers, colorists, and other post-production staff to create compelling commercial content.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients during the post-production phase, effectively communicating updates and managing feedback.
• Coordinate with production and creative teams to align on vision and ensure seamless integration of pre-production and post-production phases.
• Supervise quality control processes, ensuring that final outputs exceed client expectations and industry standards.
• Anticipate potential issues and proactively develop contingency plans.

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the commercial production, film, vfx or advertising industry.
• Demonstrable knowledge of post-production processes, including editing, color grading, and sound design.
• Excellent project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to maintain good relationships with both team members and clients.
• Familiarity with industry-standard post-production software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to work well under pressure
• Experience with VFX is a bonus
