We’re seeking a full-time Account Director to lead key client relationships, oversee the delivery of high-profile campaigns, and ensure our creative vision aligns seamlessly with client goals. The Role: Full-Time Account Director

As an Account Director, you’ll be the primary liaison between Ajax Creative and our clients, ensuring that every interaction strengthens trust, collaboration, and creative outcomes. You’ll oversee multiple accounts, guiding projects from brief to delivery, while identifying opportunities to expand relationships and deliver exceptional value. Working closely with producers, directors, and creative teams, you’ll ensure our work not only meets but exceeds client expectations.


This is a full-time, salaried leadership role with the opportunity to impact both the creative and business growth of Ajax Creative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for strategic and day-to-day communications.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and creative deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate with production and creative teams to align work with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business development efforts.
  • Develop account strategies that deepen partnerships and position Ajax as a trusted creative partner.
  • Provide strategic guidance during pitches, creative presentations, and campaign reviews.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager within production, creative, or advertising industries.
  • Strong understanding of B2B client management and the agency/brand collaboration process.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A track record of managing high-value accounts and complex projects.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, production, and business teams.
  • Based in North America, with flexibility for client meetings and occasional travel.
