Ajax Creative is seeking multiple talented and experienced Freelance Video Colorists to join our talent pool on a per project, on-call contract basis. As a Freelance Video Colorist, you will be responsible for enhancing the visual quality of video content through color correction and grading. You will work closely with directors, editors, and other creative team members to ensure that each project meets our high standards of visual excellence and creative vision.

• Perform color correction and grading on video content to enhance visual quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with directors, editors, and other creative team members to understand project requirements and visual goals.
• Ensure that the color palette aligns with the project's mood, tone, and overall aesthetic.
• Make technical adjustments to ensure that the video content looks its best on various platforms and devices.
• Review and refine color adjustments based on feedback from clients and internal reviews.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in color grading technology and techniques.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  

• Proven experience as a Video Colorist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your color grading skills and creativity.
• Proficiency with color grading software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of color theory and its application in video production.
• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis.
• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
