We’re seeking a full-time Creative Producer / Recruiter to bridge creative production and recruiting. As a key member of Ajax Creative’s global team, you’ll oversee end-to-end production while growing our talent network. You’ll manage multiple productions each year, from planning through delivery, and lead recruitment efforts to expand our roster of directors, DPs, editors, VFX artists, and more.

This is a full-time, salaried position with opportunities for growth, global collaboration, and direct impact on the creative output of our company.

• Produce branded and commercial content, managing timelines, budgets, crews, and deliverables from pre-production through post.
• Recruit and onboard top creative talent, building and maintaining Ajax’s network.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate production logistics across diverse project types.
• Provide creative input during pitches, treatments, and pre-production planning.
• Collaborate closely with Ajax’s international production and creative teams to ensure consistent quality and brand alignment.

• Proven experience in both creative production and recruiting, ideally within film, advertising, or content studio environments.
• A strong network of talent and vendors.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
