Ajax Creative is seeking multiple talented and creative Freelance 3D Modelers to join our talent pool on a per project, on-call contract basis. As a Freelance 3D Modeler, you will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate 3D models of characters, props, and environments that meet the artistic and technical requirements of our projects. You will collaborate closely with the art team, animators, and other creatives to ensure your models enhance the overall visual storytelling.

• Create high-quality 3D models for characters, props, and environments.
• Collaborate with the art team to align models with the project's visual style.
• Ensure models are optimized for animation and integration into the pipeline.
• Refine and adjust models based on feedback to meet project specifications.
• Stay updated on the latest 3D modeling techniques and software tools.
• Manage multiple modeling tasks, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to 3D models.

• Proven experience as a 3D Modeler with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Maya, Blender, or ZBrush.
• Strong understanding of form, structure, and detail in 3D modeling.
• Ability to create both realistic and stylized models depending on project needs.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis with varying timelines.
