Ajax Creative is looking for a visionary Animation Director to lead animation-driven projects with cinematic precision and emotional storytelling. You’ll shape performance, pace, and motion language across 2D, 3D, and hybrid content.

You will supervise animation pipelines, align with creative leadership, and guide animators toward performances that support narrative and brand tone. Whether working on stylized sequences or realistic CG, you’ll shape the rhythm of the piece.

• Direct overall animation style and performance across sequences.
• Oversee animator teams, shot planning, and scene blocking.
• Guide character motion, facial acting, and kinetic storytelling.
• Ensure motion quality aligns with director vision and production benchmarks.

• Experience leading animation for commercial, film, or branded content.
• Strong reel showcasing performance-driven and cinematic animation.
• Expertise in tools like Maya, Blender, After Effects, or Toon Boom.
• Clear leadership and communication skills for directing remote teams.

• Lead creative on premium animation work.
• Work with globally distributed teams on flexible timelines.
• Help develop cutting-edge animation approaches.
