Ajax Creative is seeking multiple skilled and creative Freelance Character Modelers to join our talent pool on a per project, on-call contract basis. As a Freelance Character Modeler, you will be responsible for creating detailed and lifelike 3D character models that meet the artistic and technical needs of our projects. You will collaborate closely with the art department, animators, and riggers to ensure that your models are both visually compelling and ready for animation.

• Create high-quality 3D character models based on concept art and design specifications.
• Collaborate with the art and animation teams to ensure models meet visual and functional requirements.
• Sculpt, texture, and refine character models to achieve desired levels of detail and realism.
• Optimize models for performance while maintaining high visual quality.
• Adjust and improve models based on feedback from the creative team.
• Stay updated on the latest character modeling techniques and software tools.
• Manage multiple character modeling tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.

• Proven experience as a Character Modeler with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as ZBrush, Maya, or Blender.
• Strong understanding of human and creature anatomy, form, and structure in 3D modeling.
• Ability to create both realistic and stylized character models based on project needs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis with varying timelines.
• Strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration with the team.
