Ajax Creative is seeking multiple visionary and experienced Freelance Directors to join our talent pool on a per project, on-call contract basis. As a Freelance Director, you will be responsible for guiding the creative vision of our video projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with producers, writers, and other team members to ensure each project aligns with our clients' objectives and meets our high standards of creativity and quality.

• Develop and articulate the creative vision for each project.
• Lead the creative team in executing the project's vision.
• Collaborate with writers and producers to refine scripts and storyboards.
• Direct on-set activities to ensure effective execution of the vision.
• Review and approve edits to ensure consistency with the vision.
• Communicate effectively with clients to align on project goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends to bring fresh ideas to projects.

• Proven experience as a Director or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Strong leadership skills and creative vision.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in directing on-set activities and post-production reviews.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
• Strong communication skills in English for client and team interactions.
