Ajax Creative is seeking multiple skilled and creative Freelance Compositors to join our talent pool on a per project, on-call contract basis. As a Freelance Compositor, you will be responsible for combining various visual elements, including live-action footage, CGI, and special effects, to create visually compelling scenes. You will work closely with the VFX team and editors to ensure seamless integration and high-quality results that align with the project’s vision.

• Merge live-action footage with CGI and special effects to create cohesive scenes.
• Collaborate with the VFX team to achieve desired visual outcomes.
• Perform tasks such as rotoscoping, tracking, and keying to enhance visuals.
• Ensure all composited scenes align with the project’s style and objectives.
• Revise work based on feedback, refining compositions for final delivery.
• Keep up with the latest compositing techniques and software updates.
• Handle multiple projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

• Proven experience as a Compositor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Expertise in compositing software like Nuke, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Strong skills in rotoscoping, tracking, keying, and other compositing techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality visuals.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis with varying schedules.
• Strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration.
