Great ideas need visual blueprints. Ajax Creative is hiring Concept Artists who can bring worlds, characters, and frames to life before a camera ever rolls. If you can render mood, narrative, and atmosphere with your brush or stylus, this is your stage.

You will develop cinematic concepts for characters, environments, and story moments that help sell and guide the creative vision. These images will feed treatments, pitch decks, and previsualization pipelines.

• Create cinematic concept art for use in pitches and development.
• Work from briefs, scripts, or creative calls to visualize ideas.
• Develop consistent visual tone through color, light, and texture.
• Revise and iterate concepts based on creative direction.

• Strong portfolio of concept art in cinematic, commercial, or game pipelines.
• Mastery of digital painting tools like Photoshop, Procreate, or equivalents.
• Ability to work quickly and adapt across visual styles.
• Clear understanding of light, composition, and cinematic framing.

• Visualize ideas for global campaigns and creative IPs.
• Work with elite creative teams and directors.
• Flexible remote schedules and deadline-driven compensation.
