Ajax Creative is seeking multiple talented and visionary Creative Directors to join our talent pool on a per project, on-call contract basis. As a Creative Director, you will be responsible for designing creative briefs and developing concepts tailored to our clients' needs, ensuring that each project aligns with our high standards of creativity and excellence.

• Develop and design creative briefs that capture the vision and goals of our clients.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Pitch creative ideas and concepts to clients, presenting your vision and securing their buy-in.
• Provide creative direction and oversee the execution of projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure all projects meet our company's quality standards and align with our brand values.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to each project.

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and artistic skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English
• Copywriting experience for campaigns, one-pagers, etc.
• Design skills for building pitch decks, creative briefs.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis.
