We're seeking a Creative Producer / Recruiter to bridge creative production and recruiting. If you thrive on coordinating complex projects and growing creative networks, this hybrid role is for you.

You will be responsible for managing productions on a freelance, per-project basis while simultaneously expanding Ajax’s talent network. You’ll collaborate with global teams to source and onboard creatives, oversee production workflows, and maintain strong relationships with both crew and clients.

• Produce branded and commercial content, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Recruit directors, DPs, editors, VFX artists, and other key talent.
• Manage vendor relationships and production logistics.
• Provide creative input during pitches and pre-production.
• Coordinate closely with Ajax's global production and creative teams.

• Proven experience in both creative production and recruiting, preferably within film, advertising, or content studios.
• Strong network of talent and vendors.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple timelines.
• Availability for in-person coordination and occasional travel, if required.
