Ajax Creative is seeking multiple talented and experienced Freelance Directors of Photography to join our talent pool on a per project, on-call contract basis. As a Freelance Director of Photography, you will be responsible for capturing visually stunning footage that aligns with the creative vision of our projects. You will work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to ensure that each project meets our high standards of visual storytelling and technical excellence.

• Plan and execute the visual look of each project based on briefs.
• Collaborate with directors to understand and achieve their vision.
• Operate cameras and lighting equipment to capture high-quality footage.
• Ensure proper framing, composition, and exposure in all shots.
• Oversee the camera and lighting crew during production.
• Adjust technical setups based on feedback and on-set conditions.
• Stay updated on the latest cinematography trends and techniques.

• Proven experience as a Director of Photography or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with professional cameras and lighting equipment.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and camera movement.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative vision.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis.
• Strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration.
