Ajax Creative is seeking multiple skilled and certified Freelance Drone Operators to join our talent pool on a per project, on-call contract basis. As a Freelance Drone Operator, you will be responsible for capturing dynamic aerial footage that elevates the visual impact of our projects. You will work closely with directors, producers, and other creative professionals to ensure each project aligns with our clients' vision and meets our high standards of quality and safety.

• Pilot drones to capture high-quality aerial footage for various projects.
• Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute aerial shots.
• Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections and safety checks.
• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and safety protocols.
• Maintain drone equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Review and select the best aerial shots for post-production.
• Manage multiple assignments, delivering footage on schedule.

• Proven experience as a Drone Operator with a strong portfolio of aerial footage.
• Valid drone pilot certification and knowledge of aviation regulations.
• Proficiency in operating drones and related technology.
• Strong understanding of aerial cinematography and shot composition.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in English for effective team collaboration.
