Ajax Creative is seeking multiple talented and experienced Freelance Editors to join our talent pool on a per project, on-call contract basis. As a Freelance Editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished project that meets our high standards of storytelling and visual excellence. You will work closely with directors, producers, and other creative team members to ensure each project aligns with our clients' visions and objectives.

• Assemble raw footage into polished video projects based on briefs and scripts.
• Collaborate with directors and producers to understand project goals and creative vision.
• Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro for video editing.
• Enhance video quality through color correction, audio adjustment, and visual effects.
• Ensure all edits are consistent with the project’s style, tone, and visual guidelines.
• Revise and refine edits based on feedback from clients and internal reviews.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality edits.

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of video editing principles, including pacing, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis.Strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration.
