Ajax Creative is seeking multiple skilled and creative Freelance Environment Modelers to join our talent pool on a per project, on-call contract basis. As a Freelance Environment Modeler, you will be responsible for creating detailed and realistic 3D environments that enhance the visual storytelling of our projects. You will collaborate closely with the art department, VFX team, and directors to ensure that each environment aligns with the creative vision and technical specifications.

• Model high-quality 3D environments based on project briefs and concept art.
• Collaborate with the art department to ensure environments match the project’s visual style.
• Integrate environmental assets into the pipeline, ensuring smooth workflow and compatibility.
• Optimize models for performance while maintaining visual fidelity.
• Revise and refine models based on feedback from the creative team.
• Stay updated on the latest modeling techniques and software tools.
• Manage multiple modeling tasks, delivering assets on time and to the required standard.

• Proven experience as an Environment Modeler with a strong portfolio of 3D work.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
• Strong understanding of environmental design, including architecture, landscapes, and organic elements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to create both realistic and stylized environments.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis with varying project timelines.
• Strong communication skills in English for effective team collaboration.
