Ajax Creative is seeking multiple talented and creative Freelance Illustrators to join our talent pool on a per project, on-call contract basis. As a Freelance Illustrator, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling illustrations that align with our clients' visions and project goals. You will work closely with directors, writers, and other creative team members to ensure that each project meets our high standards of creativity and artistic excellence.

• Develop and create high-quality illustrations based on project briefs and scripts.
• Collaborate with directors, writers, and team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator or Procreate to produce professional illustrations.
• Ensure all illustrations are consistent with the project’s style, tone, and visual guidelines.
• Revise and refine illustrations based on feedback from clients and internal reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in illustration to bring innovative ideas to each project.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality illustrations.

• Proven experience as an Illustrator or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills.
• Proficiency with industry-standard illustration software such as Adobe Illustrator or Procreate.
• Strong understanding of illustration principles, including composition, color theory, and storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and an eye for visual aesthetics and quality.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines on various projects.
• Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis with varying project timelines.
• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written, for client and team interactions.
