Ajax Creative is seeking multiple experienced and detail-oriented Freelance Post Producers to join our talent pool on a per project, on-call contract basis. As a Freelance Post Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the post-production process, ensuring that all elements come together to create a polished final product. You will collaborate closely with editors, VFX artists, sound designers, and other team members to manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

• Oversee the entire post-production process, from editing to final delivery.
• Coordinate with editors, VFX artists, and sound designers to ensure seamless integration of all elements.
• Manage post-production schedules, ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
• Review and approve edits, VFX, and sound to ensure they align with the project’s vision.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Resolve any post-production challenges that arise, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Ensure final deliverables meet technical specifications and client expectations.

• Proven experience as a Post Producer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• In-depth knowledge of post-production workflows, including editing, VFX, and sound design.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address challenges in the post-production process.
• Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis.
• Strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration with clients and teams.
