Ajax Creative is seeking multiple reliable and organized Freelance Production Assistants to join our talent pool on a per project, on-call contract basis. As a Freelance Production Assistant, you will support various aspects of the production process, ensuring that shoots run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with directors, producers, and other crew members to help execute projects that meet our high standards of quality and professionalism.

• Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment before and after shoots.
• Support directors and producers with administrative and logistical tasks.
• Coordinate with crew members to ensure smooth operations during shoots.
• Handle on-set duties such as running errands, managing craft services, and maintaining organization.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues or needs.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  

• Proven experience as a Production Assistant or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of production processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis.
• Strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of production equipment and tools.
