Ajax Creative is seeking multiple organized and detail-oriented Freelance Production Coordinators to join our talent pool on a per project, on-call contract basis. As a Freelance Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistical aspects of production, ensuring that all elements come together smoothly. You will work closely with directors, producers, and other crew members to coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of our video projects.

• Coordinate and schedule production activities, including shoot dates, crew, and equipment.
• Communicate with clients and team members to ensure all production needs are met.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and handle invoices for production costs.
• Prepare and distribute call sheets, production schedules, and other necessary documents.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of equipment and ensure all logistics are in place.
• Address any issues that arise during production and provide solutions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  

• Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of production logistics.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to manage budgets and track expenses effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges.
• Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis.
• Strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools.
