Ajax Creative is seeking multiple talented and visionary Freelance Production Designers to join our talent pool on a per project, on-call contract basis. As a Freelance Production Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing the visual design elements of our video projects. You will work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to create compelling visual environments that bring our clients' visions to life.

• Conceptualize and develop visual design elements for video projects.
• Collaborate with directors and producers to align on design vision.
• Design sets, props, and environments that enhance the narrative.
• Ensure visual elements are cohesive with the project's style.
• Incorporate client feedback to refine design concepts.
• Stay updated on production design trends and techniques.
• Manage design elements for multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery.

• Proven experience as a Production Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, etc.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis.
• Effective communication skills in English for team collaboration.
