Ajax Creative is seeking multiple talented and detail-oriented Freelance Rendering Artists to join our talent pool on a per project, on-call contract basis. As a Freelance Rendering Artist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality renders that bring our 3D models, animations, and visual effects to life. You will collaborate closely with the VFX team, lighting artists, and technical directors to ensure that the final output meets the artistic and technical standards of each project.

• Produce high-quality renders of 3D models, animations, and visual effects.
• Collaborate with lighting artists and VFX teams to achieve the desired visual look.
• Optimize render settings to balance quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues to ensure smooth production workflow.
• Stay updated on the latest rendering techniques, tools, and software.
• Manage multiple rendering tasks, ensuring timely delivery of all final assets.
• Review renders to ensure they meet the project’s artistic and technical specifications.

• Proven experience as a Rendering Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in rendering software such as Arnold, V-Ray, or Redshift.Strong understanding of lighting, shading, and compositing techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in rendering tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis with varying schedules.
• Strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration with the team.
