At Ajax Creative, a winning idea begins with a world-class treatment. We’re seeking a Treatment Designer who can transform raw copy and reference materials into visually stunning presentation decks. If you combine design instinct with a cinematic eye, we want to work with you.

As a Treatment Designer, you will collaborate with directors and producers to create pitch decks that are visually elevated, well-organized, and emotionally resonant. You’ll bring structure, visual clarity, and an editorial touch to every frame.

• Design high-end treatments using Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, or Keynote.
• Curate and layout reference imagery to align with the director’s vision.
• Collaborate with creative leads to refine tone, typography, and visual flow.
• Work under tight deadlines to deliver polished materials for client pitches.

• A strong portfolio of cinematic or commercial treatment decks.
• Fluency in layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Strong time management and the ability to turn around presentations quickly.
• An understanding of film language, shot composition, and tone.

• Help shape the pitch and creative direction of major projects.
• Collaborate with visionary directors and top producers.
