Ajax Creative is seeking experienced VFX Producers on a freelance, per-project basis. In this role, you’ll oversee project planning, client communication, budget management, and the delivery of world-class VFX. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, while guiding our internal team to ensure creative ambitions are achieved within scope.

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources from bidding through final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with VFX Supervisors, artists, and coordinators to align creative goals with production realities.
• Serve as the client-facing lead, managing expectations, feedback, and approvals.
• Develop detailed production schedules, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.
• Track project progress, flag risks early, and implement solutions.
• Ensure all deliverables meet Ajax Creative’s high standards of quality and precision.

• Proven experience as a VFX Producer in a studio, post-production, or agency setting.
• Strong knowledge of VFX workflows, pipelines, and production management tools.
• Exceptional client management and communication skills.
• Budgeting and scheduling expertise across multiple project types and scales.
• Ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
• Flexible availability to take on projects of varying timelines and complexity.
