Ajax Creative is seeking VFX Recruiters on a freelance basis to help us expand our roster of top-tier VFX professionals. In this role, you’ll identify, attract, and engage freelance artists, coordinators, producers, and supervisors, ensuring Ajax Creative always has access to the best talent for each project.

• Source and recruit freelance VFX talent across roles including artists, supervisors, producers, and coordinators.
• Maintain and grow a diverse network of global VFX professionals.
• Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with internal producers and supervisors to understand upcoming project needs.
• Negotiate rates, availability, and contracts with freelance professionals.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new recruits into Ajax Creative’s workflow.

• Experience as a recruiter, talent manager, or similar role within VFX, animation, or post-production.
• Strong knowledge of VFX pipelines and the skills required for different roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build trust and rapport.
• Established network within the VFX industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote-first environment.
