Ajax Creative is seeking multiple experienced and visionary Freelance VFX Supervisors to join our talent pool on a per project, on-call contract basis. As a Freelance VFX Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual effects process from concept to completion, ensuring that all VFX work aligns with the creative vision and technical requirements of the project. You will collaborate closely with directors, producers, and VFX artists to deliver high-quality visual effects on time and within budget.

• Lead the VFX team in planning and executing all visual effects work.
• Collaborate with directors and producers to define the visual effects strategy.
• Oversee the creation and integration of VFX elements, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Review VFX shots, providing feedback to artists to meet project goals.
• Manage the VFX pipeline, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery.
• Resolve technical and creative challenges that arise during production.
• Ensure all VFX work adheres to the project’s budget and timeline.

• Proven experience as a VFX Supervisor with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Expertise in VFX software such as Nuke, Maya, or Houdini.
• Strong understanding of visual effects processes, including compositing, simulation, and rendering.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and make creative decisions.
• Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis with varying schedules.
• Strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration with clients and teams.
