Ajax Creative is seeking multiple talented and creative Freelance Videographers to join our talent pool on a per project, on-call contract basis. As a Freelance Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video footage that aligns with our clients' visions and project goals. You will work closely with directors, producers, and other creative team members to ensure each project meets our high standards of visual excellence.

• Capture high-quality video footage based on project briefs and scripts.
• Collaborate with directors and producers to understand project requirements and creative vision.
• Use industry-standard camera equipment and techniques to achieve desired visual effects.
• Ensure proper lighting, framing, and audio quality during shoots.
• Manage and maintain video equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Review and select the best footage for editing, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

• Proven experience as a Videographer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your videography skills.
• Proficiency with professional video equipment and software.
• Strong understanding of video production principles, including lighting, framing, and audio.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis.
• Strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration.
