As a Treatment Designer, you’ll work closely with our directors, producers, and creative leads to design pitch decks that are visually elevated, emotionally resonant, and strategically structured. Your work will be a key part of how Ajax communicates creative ideas to clients and secures high-profile productions.

This is a full-time, salaried position offering consistent collaboration with leadership, creative autonomy, and the chance to influence the look and feel of our most important pitches year-round.

• Design high-end treatments using Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, or Keynote, ensuring a premium, cinematic aesthetic.
• Curate and lay out reference imagery to align with the director’s vision and project tone.
• Collaborate with creative leads to refine visual flow, typography, and overall tone.
• Manage deadlines and deliver polished materials on time for fast-moving pitches.
• Maintain design consistency across Ajax’s treatments and pitch materials.

• A strong portfolio showcasing cinematic or commercial treatments or related visual presentation work.
• Deep understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
