Ajax Creative is seeking multiple talented and experienced Freelance Crowd Artists to join our talent pool on a per project, on-call contract basis. As a Freelance Crowd Artist, you will be responsible for creating realistic and dynamic crowd simulations that enhance the scale and depth of our projects. You will collaborate closely with VFX supervisors, animators, and other team members to ensure that all crowd elements integrate seamlessly into the final scenes.

• Develop realistic crowd simulations using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with VFX supervisors to align crowd simulations with the project’s vision.
• Create diverse and dynamic crowd behaviors to enhance scene realism.
• Optimize simulations to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
• Refine crowd elements based on feedback from the creative team.
• Stay updated on the latest crowd simulation techniques and tools.
• Manage multiple crowd simulation tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

• Proven experience as a Crowd Artist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in crowd simulation software such as Golaem, Massive, or Houdini.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and crowd dynamics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in crowd creation.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis with varying schedules.
• Strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration with the team.
