Job Description

We’re looking to hire an experienced Marketing Manager with proven skills to plan, execute, and optimize our marketing. You will manage our full-time in-house Marketing Coordinator, direct external partners & agencies, and work with leadership to grow awareness, engagement, and qualified opportunities. HubSpot and/or monday.com expertise is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of Ajax’s overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.

  • Own the marketing plan and editorial calendar.
  • Manage and mentor our full-time in-house Marketing Coordinator to deliver consistent, high-quality output.

  • Develop and oversee content marketing strategies

  • Manage and optimize Ajax’s digital presence, ensuring all touchpoints reflect our brand and support lead generation.

  • Collaborate with creative, production, and post-production teams to launch new work and showcase behind-the-scenes content.

  • Oversee external partners and vendors for marketing-related initiatives.

  • Track performance metrics and report insights, identifying areas for continued growth and improvement.

  • Ensure brand consistency, tone, and visual alignment across all communications.

  • Coordinate marketing efforts with the business development team to support pitches, campaigns, and client communications.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Marketing Strategist

  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and the branded content / agency sales cycle.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools — especially HubSpot and Monday.com.

  • Ability to plan and manage campaigns that leverage search visibility, targeted reach, and content marketing strategies.

  • Expertise in crafting engaging captions and messaging for social media.

  • Experience managing multiple vendors, agencies, and contractors to execute marketing deliverables.

  • Exceptional writing skills with a strong eye for visual and brand consistency.

  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.

  • Bonus: You can quickly assess our current marketing ecosystem and understand how to enhance, scale, and optimize what’s already working.
