As our Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that showcase Ajax’s work, culture, and expertise. From social strategy and digital content to case studies and targeted campaigns, you’ll combine creative vision with data-driven insight to grow awareness, engagement, and high-quality client leads.

Develop and execute B2B-focused marketing strategies tailored to agency and brand decision-makers across multiple platforms.
Create, manage, and optimize content calendars for social media, blogs, newsletters, and case studies, ensuring consistent publishing.
Write compelling, on-brand captions that drive engagement and align with our creative identity.
Collaborate with creative teams to promote new work, behind-the-scenes features, and thought leadership content.
Oversee relationships with external marketing vendors, creative partners, and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Track and analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver actionable insights.
Manage Ajax’s brand voice and positioning across all channels, maintaining alignment with our values.
Support business development efforts with targeted campaigns, automated marketing funnels, and high-impact pitch materials.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Strategist within the creative, production, or media industry.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and the branded content / agency sales cycle.
Hands-on experience with marketing tools — especially HubSpot and Monday.com.
Ability to plan and manage campaigns that leverage search visibility, targeted reach, and content marketing strategies.
Expertise in crafting engaging captions and messaging for social media.
Experience managing multiple vendors, agencies, and contractors to execute marketing deliverables.
Exceptional writing skills with a strong eye for visual and brand consistency.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once.
