We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Media Asset Manager to join our amazing crew. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our media assets, including video, audio, and other rich media files, ensuring that all assets are easily accessible and well-organized. You will work closely with our creative, production, and marketing teams to streamline workflows and support our projects with efficient asset management.

• Oversee the ingestion, organization, cataloging, and maintenance of media assets, such as video, audio, animations, and other production materials.
• Manage a Media Asset Management (MAM) system to ensure assets are stored, tagged, and accessible for production and post-production needs.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure media is appropriately tagged with accurate metadata for quick and effective retrieval.
• Develop and implement standardized workflows for asset naming conventions, version control, and archiving.
• Monitor asset usage rights and licensing agreements to ensure compliance with copyright laws.
• Support media workflows, including transcoding, proxy creation, and delivery for various platforms and formats.
• Provide training and ongoing support to team members on MAM system usage and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to media file management and system functionality.
• Coordinate with IT and technical teams to optimize storage solutions and ensure system performance.

• Proven experience as a Media Asset Manager or similar role in a media production or post-production environment.
• Deep understanding of Media Asset Management (MAM) systems and production workflows.
• Proficiency with MAM tools and software (e.g., CatDV, Frame.io, Adobe Prelude, or similar).
• Familiarity with video and audio file formats, codecs, and transcoding processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of licensing agreements and copyright regulations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in english.
