Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the post-production process? As a Post Coordinator at Ajax Creative, you’ll be working directly with our Post Producer, helping to manage multiple projects from start to finish. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that every stage of the post-production process runs smoothly, from scheduling and communication to tracking progress and keeping everything on track.

As a Post Coordinator at Ajax Creative, you’ll work directly with our Post Producers to manage multiple projects from start to finish. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that every stage of the post-production process runs smoothly—from scheduling and communication to delivery.

• Assist our Post Producers in managing post-production across multiple projects.

• Coordinate schedules, timelines, and team meetings while following up on action items.

• Track client feedback, revisions, and ensure expectations are managed through final delivery.

• Collaborate with editors, music composers, sound designers, colorists, animators and VFX artists to ensure proper resource allocation.

• Monitor project budgets and flag potential risks or overages.

• Serve as the communication hub between departments, streamlining workflows and solving challenges.

• Manage organization of post-production materials including assets, deliverables, and exports.

• Assist in the administration and troubleshooting of post-production tools and software.

• Keep track of progress, ensuring updates are documented and shared.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may affect the post timeline.

• Proven experience as a Post Coordinator or in a similar role within the creative, media, or post-production industry.

• Strong understanding of post-production workflows—from offline editorial to final mastering and delivery.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with post-production tools such as Slack, Monday.com, Frame.io, and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, etc.) is a strong plus.

• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing priorities.

• A passion for film, media, and storytelling.

• A degree in media, film production, or a related field is a plus but not required.

• Able to work occasional evenings and weekends when required.
