Ajax Creative is seeking multiple talented and experienced Freelance Producers to join our talent pool on a per project, on-call contract basis. As a Freelance Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring that each project aligns with our high standards of creativity and excellence. You will play a crucial role in coordinating between clients, creative teams, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

• Oversee the entire production process, from pre-production planning to final delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, goals, and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with directors, writers, and other creative professionals to bring projects to life.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve any production issues that arise, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
• Stay updated with industry trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to each project.

• Proven experience as a Producer or in a similar production role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to manage and deliver high-quality projects.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work on a per project, on-call basis.
• Understanding of the production process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
