Ajax Creative, a leading commercial production company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Producer to join our team. As a Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial production, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget, and with the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our creative team, clients, and vendors to bring their vision to life, while managing resources, schedules, and budgets effectively.

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives, budget, timeline, and creative vision.
• Create and manage production budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
• Oversee all aspects of production, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases, to ensure smooth execution and delivery of high-quality commercial projects.
• Coordinate and manage all production logistics, including casting, location scouting, crew hiring, equipment rentals, and other resources required for production.
• Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, editors, and other production team members to ensure creative vision is achieved.
• Act as a liaison between clients, creative team, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including permits, releases, and clearances for talent, music, and other copyrighted materials.
• Continuously monitor and manage risks associated with production, and develop contingency plans as needed to mitigate risks and ensure successful project completion.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and provide input on innovative approaches to commercial production.

• Proven experience as a Producer at a commercial production company, with a strong portfolio of successful commercial projects.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, creative team members, and vendors.
• Knowledge of all aspects of commercial production, including pre-production, production, and post-production processes.
• Familiarity with industry-standard production equipment, software, and technology.
• Ability to handle challenging situations and solve problems creatively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Flexibility to work long hours, travel, and work on weekends or holidays, as needed.
