We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Producer to oversee the production of large-sized projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for creating award winning & emotionally compelling content. As a Senior Producer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of production, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of production projects, ensuring all phases are delivered on schedule and within budget.

• Collaborate with creative teams, including directors, writers, and designers, to develop and refine project concepts and scripts.
• Oversee the hiring and management of production staff, including producers, coordinators, and support teams.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and partners to secure necessary resources and services.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards throughout the production process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues that arise, maintaining a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging creativity and innovation.

• 5-10 years of experience in production management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and project management software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of the production process, from pre-production through post-production.
